Wake up from your slumber Skoda India

Has the Skoda Fabia been launched in India.Yes you see a dozen odd ads TV but if you have a look at the Fabia website you would be asking this question.

The Fabia website still has the special preview request on it.From the beginning Skoda india website has not been great but this one really takes the cake.Skoda also take great pride in the premium tag by not putting a price tag to their cars on their Indian websites, you need to call their dealers for that.Guess thats their idea of making you feel special.

Come on Skoda outsource your website development stuff to someone else. And yes so far Skoda don't seem to think the Fabia is part of the Skoda family cause there is no real mention of it at the car showroom in the Skoda india website. Now is that intentional, that's for you to decide.

if you are net savy, please log on to other car mfg sites, and check if the cars prices have been quoted.

Skoda has truly lost it. They have overpriced the Fabia like crazy. I think there will be a price correction sooner or later.

Cheers

you are right: the car as a whole is overpriced. I had a look and the interior space is nothing to write home about.. my Palio seems to be more spacious.
And as far as the dummy feel special website and contest goes, no results have been posted more than 18 days after the competition website rules say they should have been made public.
As you say, no mention of the Fabia on the website itself.
BTW, the website dev seems to be by Law & Kenneth via a third party, so the bit about outsourcing the website is not correct.
But regardless, seems to be a con job operating on more than one level here. Bad, Skoda, bad.
