Tata Safari test vehicles still being spotted

For a car that has already been launched in the markets, test vehicles of the same are surprisingly still being spotted on the roads. What is Tata upto,is the safari now being used as a test mule or does Tata know of some issues we do not know of.Or are Tata planning to launch further variants of the Safari.

These Safari's can be spotted on the usual route which the Tata test vehicles take and though they do not have a camouflage anymore they have crude paper badges around them indicating their test vehicle status.

Tata do plan to launch their pickup truck[TL Sprint] soon but very unlikely that the Tata Safari should be used as a test vehicle for that.

I hope you are not mistaking the usual "demo safari's" as test vehicles.

The dealers are also aware of this open stretch of roads and no place good enough to demo them than where the safari's were originally tested.

hope you post more details.

I think it is not a dealers demo vehicle because the safari has printouts stuck on the body with numbers I really could not make any sense of.

The computer printouts look like the ones you see on the test vehicles.

will surely update if this vehicle continues to be spotted again.
